- Greet visitors and answer phones.
- Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
- Organize, scan, and file company documents.
- Order and maintain office inventory.
- Coordinate lunches and events.
- Assist with check processing.

Fuel Accounting Clerk (Accepting applications until filled)
This employee assists with clerical and administrative functions related to fuel accounting and payment processing. The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform this position, however, are not all inclusive.
- Serve as CDFA Deputy Weighmaster and manage petty cash activities.
- Maintain accurate LIMS fuel accounting records, including sources, contracts, sales agreements, and ash destinations.
- Audit and maintain daily Scalehouse transaction files.
- Process and maintain documentation for semi-monthly fuel close.
- Enter A/P invoices and process payments using Gamma accounting software.
- Generate and schedule LIMS fuel reports as requested.
- Support financial and high hazard fuel audits.
- Track supplier and vendor insurance certificates.
- Write and update standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with Scalehouse Operators, management, haulers, suppliers, visitors, and Trimble support.
- Provide front-desk and communication support, including greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Perform general office functions such as handling mail, organizing documents, maintaining inventory.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

The Mechanic will install, troubleshoot, clean, inspect and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility in a safe, environmentally compliant and professional manner.
Must be able to responsibly operate heavy machinery.

Mechanic I: $41.80/hr
Mechanic II: $37.04/hr
Mechanic III: $32.41/hr
Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Under general supervision, coordinates and conducts daily plant operations in order to improve production, maintain costs and ensure safety.
Qualifications/Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. and four or more year’s previous experience.

$41.15/hr
Assistant Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Monitor and operate boilers and auxiliary plant equipment from the field to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations. With guidance and as requested, operate boilers and auxiliary plant equipment locally throughout the plant, making necessary adjustments to maintain safety and efficiency.
Qualifications/Experience
Licenses as required by State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
2 years working in a power plant operation or 3 years related experience.
Mechanical skills sufficient to perform varied mechanical tasks such as replacement of shear pins, valve repacking or equipment inspections.
Knowledge and understanding of the operation of a steam generating power plant.

Relief Assistant Plant Operator (Accepting applications until filled)
Short Description:
Assist the Plant Operator in the daily operation and maintenance of the plant from the field and in the control room. Work hours and overtime vary.
Education/Experience:
Licences as required by State, Federal, Environmental and/or Health/Safety Regulatory agencies.
High School Dimploma / GED or equivalent
2 years working in a power plant operation or 3 years related experience.

The Equipment Operator will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Fuel Handling Systems, Fuel Conveyors and other auxiliary systems.

Equipment Operator I: $31.78/hr
Equipment Operator II: $28.15/hr
Plant Laborer (Accepting applications until filled)
Sustainable Resource Management is currently seeking a Plant Laborer. Performs cleaning functions and operates and maintains mobile equipment. Duties may include sweeping, shoveling, painting, housekeeping and some minor repairs of equipment. Completes inspections as assigned. Performs minor repairs to equipment. Maintains records, receipts.
Must be able to responsibly operate heavy machinery.
